The China Center of Russian Academy of engineering is a new international scientific organization established by the Russian Academy of engineering and the Beijing Global Association for the exchange of talents in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China and Russia under the background of the signing of the comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation in the new era by the heads of state of China and Russia and the joint holding of the China Russia year of scientific and technological innovation. On December 22, 2020, the inaugural ceremony was held in Beijing Friendship Hotel. The heads of the international cooperation department and foreign experts Service Department of the Ministry of science and technology, the International Liaison Department of the Chinese Association for science and technology, the International Cooperation Bureau of the Chinese Academy of engineering and other relevant ministries and departments, as well as the scientific counselors of the Russian Embassy in China attended the ceremony and were reported by major media.

The Russian Academy of Engineering (RAE) is a scientific institution with important international academic influence and a public organization in Russia. It was established by 20 ministries and commissions of the Soviet Union and the Soviet Republic of Russia on May 13, 1990. It is the historical successor of the Russian engineering and technology society in the second half of the 19th century and the successor of the former Soviet Academy of engineering. In 1993, it was granted consultative status with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization. In 1997, it was listed as one of the new technology expert organizations in central and Eastern Europe by UNESCO. At present, it is composed of more than 1350 academicians and communication academicians, including Russian scientists, engineers and production organizers, and more than 200 collective members. The main work of China Center is as follows:

1.
